Thank you !!!
to all of the generous folks who came out to support the 4th Annual Fiona Rose Murphey Brittle Bone Foundation Benefit!
We Raised $15,000 in one night this year!
We have raised a total of $45,000 in the last four years. We would like to thank the following Lake City businesses who contributed so generously: San Juan Soda Company, Rocky Hut Get And Go (Sportsman Texaco), Southern Vittles, North Face Lodge, Lake City Brewery, Climb Elevated Eatery, Elk Horn RV Park, Pleasant View Resort, Silver Street Fine Art Gallery, JC Propane, Hall Realty, Elk Horn Liquors, Lake City Community bank, Ron Peoples Realty, Twin Peaks Rentals G&M Cabins, Sandy Atkinson Murphy, Bluebird Boutique, Hinsdale Title Company, Mountaineer Movie Theater, and Woodlake RV Park. By the way, we will still be taking donations! Over 200 people showed up in this standing room only event! Michael Martin Murphey was accompanied by his son, Ryan Murphey, and the duo sang classic songs such as “Geronimo’s Cadillac”, and told beloved stories of Michael Martin Murphey's horse, “Miss Wildfire”, that had the audience awestruck. Jeff Heaton continued playing into the evening after the Murphey’s retired for the night, and wooed the crowd with beautiful songs well into the crisp autumn night. We hope you make it to next years event, and thank you again for all your support!
